Processing Time

  • Orders usually take 3–7 business days to print and prepare for shipping.

  • Personalized or larger orders may take a little longer—we’ll keep you updated!

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after production

Note: Delivery times can vary due to holidays, carriers, or customs.

Shipping Costs

  • Our current shipping model is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • For each additional item, there is an added weight-based fee.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping—watch for promotions!

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items

  • Check your order when it arrives.

  • If something is damaged, or incorrect, email us at contact@storianow.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If something is lost, email us at contact@storianow.com no more than 5 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • We’ll work with Tapstitch and the carrier to fix it as quickly as possible.

  • All items are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
